Shares YOUR recipes. If you find them in a Cook-Book, That's fine.

Or if you RANDOMLY made one up..

Right now, I don't have any. I'll find in later reference though..

Okay guys! I'm going to share some of my creative recipies with you! I didn't get these out of a cookbook.

Not yo' Nachos!

Ingrediants:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (thin or thick)
Tortilla chips (works better when they are more scoop-ish then flat-ish)
Taco Sauce

Steps:
1) Spread out tortilla chips over a large plate.
2) Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tortilla chips. How much cheese is up to you! DO NOT MELT THE CHEESE!
3) Drizzle taco sauce on top. How much taco sauce is how ever much you can handle. DO NOT USE SALSA UNLESS IT HAS A CREAMY CONSISTANCY! NO CHUNKS!

Not heating it up sounds gross, and it may look a tad odd, but I promise you, my friends don't even *like* taco sauce, and the entire platter was gone in 3 minutes! We don't even eat that much! xD

Pizzadilla

Ingrediants:
Flour tortillas (large)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Pasta Sause (Marinara)

1) Place one flour tortilla on a microwavable plate.
2) Sprinkle as much cheese as you desire onto the tortilla. YOU WILL NOT BE FOLDING THIS!
3) Lightly spread some Marinara pasta sauce over the cheese.
4) Place another flour tortilla on top of the cheese and sauce.
5) Microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese gets melty. (If 30 seconds does not get the cheese to your level of melted yumminess, continue to heat to your liking in 5 second incriments.)
6) It's best when it's hot but IT WILL COME OUT HOT SO DO NOT TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE PLATE WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT OUT AND BEWARE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR FIRST BITE! Smile

Enjoy these recipies and remember, for Pizzadillas, you should have parental supervision if you are under 10 years of age or are not confident in how to use the microwave. Smile

I have the perfect muffin recipe. This is for the muffin club

Ok well here it is

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Serving suggestions: strawberry jam
Special Equipment: 12 (1/2-cup) capacity muffin tin, paper muffin liners, cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line the muffin tin with paper liners and lightly coat with cooking spray. (This may seem like overkill, but otherwise the muffins will stick.)

Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. In another medium bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, then whisk in the butter, brown sugar, milk, oil and vanilla.

Quickly fold the wet ingredients into the dry with a rubber spatula. Just before the batter comes together, fold in the chocolate chips—don’t mix the batter too much or the muffins will be tough. Divide the batter among the muffin cups (1/4 cup of batter per muffin). Bake until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Turn the muffins out of the tins, cool on a rack. Serve slightly warm with jam.mmmmm so yummy! Razz
